Return policy
You would like to return an item to us for an exchange ?
Simply return the item to us along with a copy of the invoice.
Please note on the invoice the exact reference of the desired item (and size if applicable).
If the item you have chosen has a price higher than the returned item, please contact us
If the item you have chosen has a lower price than the returned item, the price difference will be refunded to you upon receipt.
Returned products have to be in the original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing re-sales in new condition.

Return costs are the responsibility of the client
For an exchange, reshipping costs are covered by Calunea.
Upon receipt of your return we will make the exchange and ship it for free to you (or refund you if the desired item is no longer available)
An email with tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your package is ready for shipment.
REFUND
You want to return an item but prefer to get a refund?
It's the same as for an exchange, but now you put "refund" on the copie of the invoice.
Our accounting department will make sure to refund you once we received your parcel.
Exception for the 14-day right of withdrawal:
Personalized products, from a legal point of view, do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
For this reason, our customers cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal on the range of Leaderfins fins that are made to order.
However, on an exceptional basis, we accept returns for an exchange for a different footsize.
